Nope, those spiders are not gargantuan. And no good investigator would SIT on the bloody crimescene - especially in show white clothes. But then... this is the way i pictures this scene. I had this image in my head for a long tine - still night, schroedinger alone at a crime scene, getting incompetent help on the phone, one dreadful realization after the next (though it does not yet sink in) - her files are stolen, somebody let people like jaune out of care... this is a lonely moment for schroedinger.
