Commentary Maybe scenes like these are not really interesting, if a character just seems to breeze through everything - or everyone - that could pose a danger. The Lady does have Jaune s back here - taking out everyone who gets too close, but I did not really show that.
Barbera has the ability to deal with high voltage, Gabriel can mcgyver the shit out of everything that has screws and cogwheels. For the lady, time management is supernatural and for Jaune? In my very early drafts, she s simply insanely strong when angry. Pushing open steel doors and vaults... I will still assign her unexpected amounts of power when angry (and in her Jaune-chapter she does in fact rip open a steel door) - but I would not go that far anymore. She can be stopped by iron bars and gunshots.
Still - a visual medium. throwing a table with a guy on top looks better than just some splintering wood.
And in the next main storychaptere there ll be enough threat.
