About the first panel. L needs to keep track of what Schroedinger is doing as she is one of the few people who could become dangerous to her mission. So far she did that by occasionally tracking S down, observing her and the building she lives in. But that was so much time the Lady could use for more practical things and she could not trust the others with that task. Jaune would fall asleep or get derailed. Barbera would knock on Schrödinger s door within 5 minutes and Gabriel would.. install a camera and other tracking devices and at the moment she s not very inconspicuous. She gets better at it with the comic s progression. So, L is super amazingly pleased right now - saving so much time.
And yeah, Schroedingers bandaged injuries are from last chapter.
