Commentary I enjoyed the series Jessica Jones quite a bit. There is a scene where the villain suggests a death of one thousand cuts. Jaune s victims would never make it that far - but about 10 deep slashes with a scalpel and then stopping - that s quite the achievement for her.

It took me a long time to figure out this page. To get Jaune s feeling transported - all the chaos and inner upheaval, the hurt and anger. i start drawing everything more angular, but this wasn t enough for all the slashes and force. I ended up drawing the characters + placing the text and then putting in rough lines the way the movement is supposed to flow, but interrupting it. finally, i took a brushpen and a very flowy fountain pen to quickly and roughly putting in all the black areas. I like this page and feel, it has brought me further to where i want twisted to be.
